The Walk and Talk: This process takes an hour. One of our team members will walk through your home with you and will give you staging advice. We will start at the curb and end in the garage. This package is great for do it yourselfers. When you are finished with these professional suggestions your home should be ready to be put on the market. We can also provide you with a detailed written stagin plan.

Let us "Stage it" for you! Now we come into your house, take detailed notes and pictures (with your permission). We will then set up a convenient time to work with you to de-clutter and set the stage for putting your house on the market. It is easier for a professional to see the possibilities of each room without the sentimental attachments to various items. Our ultimate goal is to have your house "SOLD" for the best price.

Open House: After staging this is a two hour service the morning of your Open House. We will go through the house from top to bottom to make sure everything is in place so your house will shine.  It’s just the help you may need to tie up the loose ends. We will have the stage set so your property will be looking its best.
